• Should you wish to exchange or return an item, Silver Fountain accepts all goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase within 14 days .

 

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

 

• Silver Fountain are not responsible for any items lost in transit while being returned to us, the cost of return postage is the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

 

• For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept the return of earrings once the packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty.

E-Gift Card Term and Conditions​

The E-Gift Card can be redeemed online and in store. The E-Gift Card has no expire date.  The E-Gift Card is non refundable and cannot redeemed for cash or apply to any credit cards balances
